Little Chief Scrapbook Page

We have THE best neighbours in the entire universe. Can you imagine, you have just walked in the door after a tough day (shopping or working or whatever LOL) and the door bell rings. Just Me! announces our neighbour, Cathy, as she hands us a plate with a still warm from the oven batch of Peanut Butter Cookies!!! Well, that happens all the time, cookies, cakes, raspberries, tomatoes, all sorts of wonderful things. I wanted to do something special for them for Christmas this year. So I came up with this scrapbook page and put it in a frame for them. They absolutely love our Grandson, James and call him "Little Chief". When I was in my LSS last week I found this awesome paper by Three Bugs in a Rug. The set is called To The Rescue and is the Fire Engines and Little Chief pages. I added a bit of Riding Hood Red ribbon and a sentiment framed by one of the frames from the Matchbox XL Bigz die. There is one in Ruby Red and two offset behind it in Night of Navy.
I cut out one of the stickers that match the paper and stuck it on the mat at the front of the frame. I used Ruby Red and Night of Navy to frame the picture.
This was a lot of fun to make, and I know it will mean a lot to our neighbours! It also doesn't help that we also have the cutest Grandson in the entire universe!!! (Ok I may be a bit biased!) LOL
Have a super weekend........... Glenda Mollet (aka YaYa as James calls me)!
