Hippest Hippos and The Hippo Dies Create A Cutie Patootie Card! But wait - I made 5 of them!

Hi Friends!

I had so much fun creating these great cards, and then I shared how in my facebook live demonstration last Monday.

My friend, Leanne Livingstone created one very similar to this, and I decided I would CASE her card.

Well, once I got going, I created one in every new In Colour we have!

Here's the one in Parakeet Party ....

It has hints of some of the other In Colours as well .... Orchid Oasis, and Sweet Sorbet.

I put "glass" inside the mask ...

 

Here's the inside which is just as cute. I never send out a card with a "naked inside and envelope". You can see the envelope peeking out of the left side of the card in both pictures.

In the video below, I will show you all 5 of the cards I made, and how I created them.

Hippest Hippos Cute Card Video

Today I have a super cute card for you using the Hippest Hippos bundle.

Box Fold Mystery Stamping!

 Hi Friends!

Today's Monday Mystery Stamping was a bit different!  We created a Fun Fold card blind.

Talk about fun!  Here's the card we made ....

Isn't it so pretty!  I love Very Vanilla and Gold Foil together. They are definitely comfort colours.

The recipe for the is card is:

Thick Very Vanilla card base 11 x 4-1/4 scored at 5-1/2, 7, 9, and 10-1/2

Brushed Gold Foil 4-7/8 x 3-5/8 (cut the label out of this layer)

Gilded Autumn Splendor Designer Paper 4-3/4 x 3-1/2

Very Vanilla 3 x 3 for the sentiment, 4 x 2 for the leaves/acorn, 4 x 5-1/4 for the back

Ink:  Early Espresso, Bumblebee, Cinnamon Cider, Terracotta Tile

Marker: Early Espresso (to go around the outside of the back piece)

Stamp Sets: Love Of Leaves, Beautiful Autumn

Other:  Hippo Dies, Wrapped In Texture embossing Folder
