Is Pink A Colour For Christmas Cards? Yes or No - What Do You Think?

 Hi Friends!

I recently had a discussion with a good friend who is not into the "traditional red and green" Christmas cards.

I decided to set out and create one using non-traditional colours. 

My first quandary was what designer paper to use. I went through my stash and found the Awash In Beauty designer paper. Eureeeeeeka!  That would do. Definitely NOT Christmas paper. lol

I grabbed the beautiful pink design with the white lines in it and paired it with a black and white pattern from the Black & White Designs designer paper.

I added some Polished Pink to and stamped the deer in Soft Suede.

The sentiment is stamped in Memento onto a piece of Polished pink cardstock and popped up.

I added a Wonderful Snowflake behind the deer and popped them both onto a Basic White circle and used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop that up.

 

It needed a bit of "somethin' somethin' " and I thought of the Metallic Mesh Ribbon!  Perfect.
