Unlocking your creativity: creating a coloured background for a card using the Winterly Tree Tops Bundle.

 Hi Friends!

Today I am sharing another pretty card I made using the Winterly Tree Tops bundle and Nests of Winter designer paper.

The background has about 7 layers of colouring etc. to turn a simple white piece of the Wood Textured Specialty Paper into this stunning background.

In the video below, I show a couple of alternative tips and tricks too.

Here's what I used to create this gorgeous card:

• Stamps: Winterly Tree Tops, Greentings of the Season
• Ink: Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Copper Clay, Early Espresso
• Cherry Cobbler
• Blends: Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Pool Party, Peach Pie
• Lifter
• Marker: Copper Clay
• Early Espresso 8-1/2 x5-1/2
• 5 x 3-3/4
• Basic White 5-1/4 x 4
• 1 x 4
• 2 x 3
• Wood Textured Sp Paper 5-1/4 x 4
• Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Berries
• White & Copper EnamelEffects

Tips & Tricks for colouring and blending the bird from the Winterly Tree Tops bundle.

Yes, Winterly Tree Tops is not just for Christmas at all.

The frame has a great technique on it using the Enamel Effects.

I shared how to create this beautiful card, quickly and easily, during my facebook live last week. The video also includes how to colour the bird and frame.

How to use the Winterly Tree Tops Bundle by Stampin' Up! to create a beautiful Christmas Card.

 Hi Friends!

The Winterly Tree Tops bundle is the featured bundle for my November Christmas card class.

Registration is open now until October 15th - Click the card picture below to register now!

During the live stamping demonstration I did on Monday, I shared a couple of ticks and tricks on how to make the dies line up with the stamp set. It's easy, but makes a huge difference!

The card above also uses the Birch Wood embossing folder and Nests of Winter patterned paper. The twine is part of the Natural Tones Linen Thread pack.
