Spotlight On Nature Card with Floating Background Technique – Live Demo Replay

Hi Friends!

Today I'm finally sharing a card that I demonstrated live a little while ago, and I’m so excited to get it up on the blog! This one features the gorgeous Spotlight On Nature bundle and uses one of my favourite techniques—the Floating Background. It adds such a dreamy, dimensional effect that makes your stamped elements look like they’re almost hovering off the page.

This card may look soft and elegant with its pastel palette and delicate leaves, but the real star is the technique. The Floating Background effect is surprisingly easy to create, and I walk you through all the steps in the video tutorial linked below. Whether you're new to it or just looking for a fun way to shake up your background game, you're going to love trying this out.

The Spotlight On Nature bundle has so many versatile pieces that work beautifully for all-occasion cards. I paired it here with the Everyday Details dies to get that stitched arch panel effect that frames everything so perfectly. The inside is finished off simply, with a stamped leafy detail and plenty of space to write a heartfelt message.

Unveiling the Artistry: How to Craft Beautiful Spotlight On Nature Pop-Up Cards!

Hi Friends!

I’ve got a fun one for you today! If you love a good surprise inside your cards, you are going to adore this Inside Pop-Up Fun Fold featuring the Spotlight On Nature bundle.

This one is soft, elegant, and full of cheerful spring vibes. I used beautiful purples and a watercolor-look background to keep it pretty and light. And yes—there’s a fun fold inside that makes the whole card pop in more ways than one. And you will not believe what designer paper those sheets are from!

What I love most about this card is how it looks like a classic beauty from the outside... and then you open it and get that magical moment with the pop-up element. It’s one of those "how did you DO that?!" techniques that’s easier than it looks—and I’ll walk you through the whole process in the video tutorial at the bottom of the post.

Whether you’re making it for a birthday, a thinking of you, or just because, this card is sure to impress. The Spotlight On Nature stamps give you lovely florals with a delicate feel, and I paired them with the Everyday Arches dies to frame them beautifully.

Spotlight On Nature Soft and Pretty Card with Full of Life Paper

 Hi Friends!

Today’s card is the perfect way to wrap up my Spotlight On Nature bundle series—it's soft, delicate, and oh-so-pretty. I paired this gorgeous bundle with the Full of Life designer series paper, which is a total two-for-one gem. While one side is bold and bright, the flip side is full of dreamy pastel tones and subtle patterns that bring a gentle elegance to any project. That’s exactly what I leaned into for this card.

The background is built from circles of the softer patterns in the Full of Life paper, each one carefully placed to let those florals from the Spotlight On Nature bundle shine. I did some simple coloring to keep the look fresh and clean, letting the layered elements do all the talking. This design is a great reminder that even the boldest papers can have a softer side—and they play so beautifully with florals.

You’ll see how quickly this card comes together and pick up a few little tips for working with the coordinating dies and paper. Shaker Card Magic with the Spotlight On Nature Bundle – Live Demo Replay

It’s shaker card time, and I couldn’t be more excited to share this beauty with you! During my Monday live stamping demonstration, I featured the Spotlight On Nature bundle—and let me tell you, it stole the show. This card has all the sparkle and movement a crafter could want, with soft floral elegance that ties everything together.

It’s such a clever and easy way to create a sealed shaker element without the bulk of traditional window layers. It’s one of those techniques that looks tricky but is actually super simple—and gives your card that extra wow factor!

How to create a gorgeous birthday card using the Spotlight On Nature stamp set and coordinating dies!

On Monday night, I demonstrated a step-by-step process to craft a beautiful card using the newly introduced Basic Beige color along with the Sketched Butterflies bundle.  The original card used the Spotlight On Nature stamp set and its amazing coordinating dies.

I used theEveryday Details dies for the circle, and the Sketched Butterflies dies to cut out that amazing spray of butterflies. Watch the video to see how we made it variegated! Here's the butterfly card ...

The Adhesive-Backed Pearl Trio embellishments are so pretty and they are iridescent too.

How to create a quick and easy designer paper fun fold card with the Spotlight On Nature stamp set and dies.

Hi Friends

I've been thoroughly enjoying the Spotlight On Nature bundle and recently shared another fantastic fun fold.

This time, I crafted a designer paper fun fold, which is an excellent method for utilizing your cherished collection of printed papers.

The card shown here served as my inspiration; it features the Lifetime Of Love products that have just been discontinued.

I crafted this card using the 'Spotlight On Nature' stamp set, exceptional circle dies, and a selection of 'Frames & Flowers' specialty paper. The addition of 'Textured Metallic Specialty Paper' in copper really made the card stand out!

How to create a Pop Out Swing fun fold card using the Spotlight On Nature stamp set and dies, that is a work of beauty!

Hi Friends!

The card I have for you today was created spontaneously during my facebook/youtube live stamping demonstration last week.

I took this card ....

And turned it into this card....

With help and input from the audience. 

I used the same cardstock colours for both cards, and added the Spotlight On Nature stamp set and amazing dies.
