How to Make an Elegant Floral Card with Delicate Whispers and Phrases & Frames Dies

 Hi Friends!

If you love soft, elegant cards with beautiful layering, this one is going to be right up your alley 💜

In this project, I used the Delicate Whispers bundle to create a flowing floral design that wraps around the focal point. The combination of stamped greenery, die cut elements, and soft pink accents gives this card a timeless and graceful feel.

The background features Delicate Dreams designer paper, which adds just the right amount of subtle texture without taking away from the focal design. It’s one of those papers that works beautifully when you want something soft and understated.

One of my favorite elements on this card is the sentiment panel, created using the brand new Phrases & Frames dies coming in May. These dies are perfect for highlighting your sentiment and adding an extra layer of elegance to your card designs.

This style of card is incredibly versatile and can be used for so many occasions—thinking of you, encouragement, or simply letting someone know you care.

Elegant Layered Handmade Card with the Scalloped Wishes Bundle

Tonight I’m sharing a beautifully layered handmade card featuring the Scalloped Wishes bundle.

This design highlights how simple layers can create a truly elegant look. The embossed white background adds subtle texture without overwhelming the design. Layered scalloped frames draw the eye to the center sentiment, while soft leafy accents and delicate dragonflies add movement and interest.

One of my favorite things about this project is how versatile it is. Change the sentiment and it easily becomes a birthday card, celebration card, or thoughtful note for any occasion.

Lovely Arrangements Fun Fold Card with Interactive Layers

 Hi Friends!

Today’s card features the Lovely Arrangements bundle and a fun fold design that adds movement and interest without being difficult to create. This card was inspired by a design shared by Carolyn Dieleman at our recent Vancouver Island Demonstrator get-together, and I loved how easily it could be adapted with different colours and papers.

Fun fold cards are a wonderful way to surprise the recipient, and this one opens beautifully to reveal space for a heartfelt message while still folding flat for mailing. The Lovely Arrangements images work perfectly for this style of card, adding soft florals and layered detail.

Lovely Arrangements Handmade Card with Soft Floral Layers

Today’s card features the Lovely Arrangements bundle, and it’s a perfect example of how simple layering and soft colour choices can create an elegant, timeless design. I love how these floral images work together — they’re detailed without being fussy and easy to adapt for almost any occasion.

During my live demonstration, I focused on clean layers, balanced placement, and letting the images shine without overcomplicating the design. This is one of those cards you can recreate again and again just by changing colours or sentiments.
