Slider Gate Fold Swap Card Share

I recently received this card in a swap from Lisa Henderson. 

I think this fold is called Slider Gate Fold. What do you think? Do you have another name for it?

Lisa made this cute card using the Stellar Birthday stamp set (page 57) from the Annual Catalogue.

I created this card back in February using products that were current at that time.
