How To Do Basic Card Layers

 Hi Friends!

A common question I get all the time is "How do you calculate layers on your cards?"

There are two easy formulas that I use all the time.

Formula #1 adds 1/8" to each layer as you get bigger.

Formula #2 adds 1/4" to each layer as you get bigger.

It all depends on what you want and what looks better to your eyes. There is no right or wrong choice. And you can mix and match them too!
