Hi Friends!
Last Friday night during my Friday Late Night Stamping in my VIP Group, we created this beautiful Peaceful Moments card.
Each Friday I send out a query "What Shall We Use Tonight?" to my VIP Group. I take one of the suggestions and pull out a bunch of products and we get creative together.
This week the Peaceful Moments bundle was the chosen one. I had not pulled out this bundle for a long time, so it was fun to see what we could come up with.
I pulled the Paper Blooms designer paper (now retired but was from Sale-a-Bration during Jan and Feb) and some Oh So Ombre designer paper (also now retired).
Then I added some cardstock in colours I pulled from the designer papers, as well as Thick Basic White and Basic White. To finish the pile I added Vellum as well.
During the process I ask for input from those watching the Zoom and Facebook Live and go with the suggestions. This takes me SO far out of my comfort zone, but it is good to stretch yourself creatively every once in a while.
Recipe:
Thick Basic White card base
Oh So Ombre DSP 5-1/4 x 4 and 3 x 2-1/2 and a piece to die cut the background of the large
poppy
Paper Blooms DSP piece with the big round circles on it, choose areas to die cut 3 leaves and
the smaller poppy background.
Basic White 5-1/8 x 3-7/8, 3 x 4 and 1 x 4
