I cased this card from the Stampin' Up! brochure. It uses the Snowfall Dies and the White Velvet Paper ....
The colours are Whisper White and Soft Sea Foam with a bit of Copper Foil added onto the snowflakes. The background is a light wash using the Soft Sea Foam ink and a stamp from Waterfront to make the dots.
There are 2 stamp sets, the Snowfall Dies, the White Velvet Paper and some Snowflake Trinkets in the suite.
