Free Tutorial Friday! -

 Hi Friends!

Today I have a Free Tutorial for you just for visiting my Blog!

Each month I participate in a Sweethearts Global Collective tutorial group. Demonstrators from all around the world share projects together for free for our customers, and on our social media platforms.

Today's card is called Happy Birthday From The Beach!  What an appropriate name for this card.

This card uses the Oceanfront stamp set (one of my favourites) and the Whale Done stamp set to create a beachy scene. Isn't this just so peaceful and relaxing!

CLICK HERE to download the tutorial for this pretty card.

My favourite places in the world are all on the water.

Our favourite camping spots are on the ocean.

Our favourite hot and sunny vacation spots are all on salty water (seas and oceans)

And I grew up in Vernon, BC Canada which is on 2 major lakes.

Yup I have water in my veins lol.

I hope you enjoy this card and tutorial.

Swap Cards - A Great Way To Get Inspiration!

 Hi Friends!

Today's card was created by Diane Inkster for a recent Waves Of The Ocean swap we participated in.

I love, love, love the circle behind the whale. It's called the Floating Technique and I am going to use this soon in a card!

Diane used the Whale Done stamp set and coordinating Whale punch along with the Waves Dies and the so, so, so pretty Blue Foils.  The background (Coastal Cabana) is embossed with the Textured Textiles embossing folder.

Hello, Mr Whale, I am glad you swam into my craft room today!

Free Whale Done Online Class Sneak Peek

 Hi Friends!

I am so excited to offer a series of free online classes to anyone who joins my facebook VIP group!

Yesterday I shared one card we made this past Saturday at the free Dandelion Wishes class, and today I am happy to share a sneak peek of the Whale Done Free Online Class coming Saturday, January 16th.

The date is set for the 16th, but this may have to be changed to Jan 30th, but I won't know until later this week, so stay tuned for the date confirmation.

CLICK HERE to go to the facebook event.

What is a free class, you ask?

Well, I create 3 beautiful cards using a stamp set/suite/bundle requested by one of the Stampers in my VIP Group.

Then I create a recipe list and post it on my VIP Group so you can prep the kit(s) and craft along with us while we socialize for the afternoon.

I will be posting the recipes here soon, but VIP Group Members will get access to them on Tues. Jan 5th (that's tomorrow).

I hope you can join us, it's a lot of fun!

Weekly Update and A Card Tutorial

 Hi Friends!

It is damp and muggy here today. We had so much rain yesterday, and it was wonderful. It's been weeks and weeks since we had rain.

I pulled the last of the zucchini and cucumber plants out of my planter boxes on Sunday, and I am so glad that I did. Now I don't have to fiddle with them in the rain.

My tomatoes and peppers are still there and covered in plastic. I am hoping more of them ripen before I have to pull them out.

Today I have a cute Whale Done card for you. And a link to my Tuesday Weekly Update which includes my October Newsletter!

There is a tutorial on how to make this super cute card that was inspired by the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue, in my weekly update email.

You can sign up for my weekly updates by filling out the form at the top of my blog, then you will get them in your email inbox every week so you don't miss one!

Happy Stamping

Whale Done Shaker Card

I won't be live this morning, as I have some family stuff to do.

I will be having the Thursday Zoom Drop In tomorrow, Friday, this week.

Meanwhile, here's a cute Whale Done card we made yesterday in my Whale Done Fun Fold Class.

I have fun fold classes each month and you can attend In Person (limited to 4 Stampers) or Virtually.

Each card has a step by step how to video that is exclusive to paid attendees. The video's don't expire so you have full access for as long as you want it.  You must keep the link I send you as the videos are Unlisted on Youtube and not visible with a search.

My next Fun Fold Class will be September 23rd - we will be making a so cute Tool Bench Fund Fold. You can find more information on it in my September Newsletter.

Live in Canada? I am happy to send you an Annual and / or Aug to Dec Mini Catalogue if you don't already have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.

Have a great day, see you tomorrow morning at 10 am via Zook or streamed live right here on my facebook page. I will post a recipe later today if you would like to craft along with us, or create something unique while visiting
