Diorama Birthday

Every once in a while I get a chance to visit with fellow demonstrators in my area and we spend the day creating and playing.  Last spring I was lucky to be able to do this with a friend in Victoria, BC.  This is the card we made.  She had the inspiration so I don't know where she got it from, but I believe it is cased from someone.
This is a super fun card to make
Stamp:  Party This Way, Crazy For Cupcakes, Pennant Parade, Create A Cupcake, Ain't Love Grand
Ink:  Cherry Cobbler, Basic Black
Paper:  So Saffron, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Pretty In Pink
Punches: Postage Stamp, Cupcake, Decorative Label, Modern Label, Word Window, 3/4" Circle, Pennant, 1/16" Circle
Other:  Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine
A lot of stamp sets and a whole lot of punches, but so worth it in the end!
Happy Stampin' .....

Pennant Birthday

Another card inspired by the Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalogue.  This one I found on page 69, then changed things up and came up with this happy sunny birthday card ....
I used the Petite Pennants Builder Punch and Pennant Parade stamp set to create this awesome card.  Then I was bored with the same old, same old for the sentiment and used my Decorative Label Punch to punch off the edges of the sentiment layers.
Stamps:  Pennant Parade, Happiest Birthday Wishes
Ink:  Poppy Parade, Marina Mist, Lucky Limeade
Cardstock:  Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Lucky Limeade, Marina Mist, Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake
Other:  Petite Pennants Builder Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Beautiful Wings Embosslits
I will try to get a tutorial together on how to use the Decorative Label Punch to create the sides of the sentiment layer.
Happy Stampin' ....
