I am sharing a card with you today that I created using Darling Donkeys. It is such a cute stamp set, and so much fun to play with.
This is a slim line card and measures 3-1/2" x 8-1/2" and it fits into a #10 envelope.
I stamped the donkeys on the left and in the centre on an 8" x 3" white piece. Then using the new Blending Brushes, I added some Soft Sea Foam ink on the bottom and Pacific Point on the top.
Then I stamped the kicking donkey on a separate piece of white cardstock and fussy cut it out. Hee Haw was stamped in Memento right on the art piece, as were the star burst images - they were stamped in Pool Party.
It's your birthday! was stamped in Memento also, and die cut with the new Messages die. It was attached to the art piece using dimensionals.
I layered the white art piece onto a 8-1/4 x 3-1/4" piece of Flower and Field designer paper (also available on January 5th as a free option), and put both of these layers onto the card front.
The Donkeys were coloured with the Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends, then I went over the colouring with the Colour Lifter to make the colouring very light.
A Mini Wobbler was attached to the kicking Donkey, then attached to the card front.
An 8-1/4 x 3-1/4" white piece was attached to the inside and stamped with one of the Donkeys too.
