Gorgeous Grape Meets Delightfully Detailed Specialty Paper

One of the new colours Stampin' Up! brought in with the Colour Revamp this June, is Gorgeous Grape.  It is a rich hued dark purple, and it is all over the place in the fashion industry right now.

Even Queen Elizabeth has gotten into the purples over the years ....

I used the Delightfully Detailed Laser Cut Specialty Paper on this card.  It was so quick and easy to make ....

All you need to do to create this card is cut out the "gears" from the specialty paper, then layer them onto a Gorgeous Grape piece.  I then layered it over a piece of whisper white, then gorgeous grape, then onto a thick whisper white card base.

The sentiment, from Stitched All Around was cut out with the Stitched Labels dies.  Then on another piece of whisper white I stamped the Happy Birthday from You're Inspiring and punched it out with the Classic Label punch and layered it onto the circular piece.  This was up on dimensionals to give the  card a bit of lift.  Some of the brand new Glitter Enamel Dots finished it off with a bit of bling.  So quick and easy and mailable too.
