Warm Winter Wishes Card with the Winter Adventures Bundle

 Hi Friends!

Today I am sharing a warm and elegant winter card created with the Stampin' Up! Winter Adventures Bundle. I think those detailed snowshoes make such a wonderful focal point, and this card is a great example of how a few carefully chosen layers and textures can make a regular card design feel extra special.

For the background, I added embossed snowflakes to the white cardstock to create lots of texture without taking attention away from the snowshoes. A strip of winter-themed Designer Series Paper adds another layer of interest across the centre of the card.

The snowshoes are layered over oval shapes to really make them stand out, and I added the Warm Winter Wishes sentiment across the front. The touches of gold from the bow and embellishments give the card just enough shine while still keeping that cozy, outdoorsy winter feeling.

This is not a fun fold or complicated technique card. It is simply a pretty winter card with lots of layers and details — and sometimes those are my favourites to create!

Sliding Waterfall Fun Fold Christmas Card with Christmas Crew

 Hi Friends!

We are finishing this week of Christmas Crew cards with a fun fold, and this one has a little surprise built right into it!

This Christmas card features the Stampin' Up! Christmas Crew Bundle and Creative Celebrations 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, but the star of the show is the Sliding Waterfall Fun Fold. I love cards that look great sitting on the table but have something unexpected happen when you start playing with them, and this one definitely fits the bill.

For the front of the card, I created a snowy Christmas scene with the adorable reindeer holding his Merry Christmas sign, evergreen trees, and houses in the background. The red and green plaid Designer Series Paper gives it that traditional Christmas feeling and makes a great frame around the winter scene.

I created this card during my live stamping demonstration, and the complete video tutorial replay is included below. I will show you exactly how to create the Sliding Waterfall mechanism and assemble the card from start to finish. You will also find the complete measurements and supply list here on the blog, so you can recreate it along with me.

Cute Christmas Crew Card with Creative Celebrations Designer Series Paper

 Hi Friends!

The Christmas Crew Bundle is back on my craft table, and this time I decided one adorable character was simply not enough! For this handmade Christmas card, I brought together the snowman, reindeer, and polar bear to create a fun snowy Christmas scene filled with personality.

I paired the Stampin' Up! Christmas Crew Bundle with the Creative Celebrations 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper. I love how the blue polka dots, bright red check, and plaid patterns work together and add lots of colour without taking attention away from the Christmas Crew.

And these characters just make me smile! We have a snowman sending Holly Jolly Wishes, a reindeer wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, and a polar bear who is apparently willing to carol for cocoa. The simple white snowbanks give everyone a place to stand and help pull the whole scene together.

I created this card during my live stamping demonstration, and the video tutorial replay is included below so you can watch the entire project come together from start to finish. I will also include the complete measurements and supply list so you have everything you need to recreate it in your own craft room.

Easy Christmas Card with the Christmas Crew Bundle and Creative Celebrations Designer Series Paper

 Hi Friends!

Christmas card making is getting underway in my craft room, and this cheerful little snowman was just too cute to resist! For today’s handmade Christmas card, I am using the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Crew Bundle along with the Creative Celebrations 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper

Instead of reaching for traditional Christmas red and green as the main colours, I chose Hydrangea Hue for this card. I love the softer wintery look it creates, especially paired with the snowy patterned paper. Of course, I could not resist adding those little pops of red to the snowman and the embellishments to give the card just the right amount of traditional Christmas colour.

The Christmas Crew Bundle has such fun images for holiday card making, and this snowman holding his “Sending Holly Jolly Wishes” sign makes me smile every time I look at him. There are lots of little details on this card, but there is nothing complicated about putting it together. Sometimes a great image, pretty Designer Series Paper, and a few well-placed layers are all you need to create a card that feels extra special.

I will be sharing the complete video tutorial for this Christmas card below, so you can stamp along with me from start to finish. I will also include all of the card measurements and supplies so you can easily recreate the design in your own craft room. You could use the same layout with other Christmas stamps and papers too, making this a handy design to keep in your card-making idea file.

One of my favourite ways to create an elegant handmade card is by combining white on white with just a touch of gold, and today's project is a perfect example.

This beautiful Christmas card features the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle and the Hot Foiling System to create a timeless design filled with texture, dimension, and shine. The crisp white poinsettia layers are accented with gorgeous gold hot foiled details, creating a sophisticated card that is surprisingly easy to make.
