Hi Friends!
Each month for the past 12 ish years, Stampers and I have gathered together to create beautiful cards together in our Monthly Club.
We do 3 cards, and one is always a fun fold of one type or the other.
The Hostess of the Month gets to choose which stamp set, bundle or suite she would like me to focus on when creating the cards.
The Club Members have never been disappointed, and love getting together to stamp.
Of course, when "it" hit, we had to go virtual. But with a bit of creativity we managed to pivot our cards so that they were doable by Club Members near and far.
First, while we were locked down, we created cards that used a lot of die cuts and designer papers, then Stampers used sentiments they had at home. With the focus each month on a specific set/bundle/suite, members were able to order the stamps they needed to do the cards as designed.
Then, as things opened up a bit, we moved to adding more stamping. Local Members could come and "porch stamp" their bits - we now call it Pre-Stamping.
We still focus on one set/bundle/suite each month, and Members have enjoyed learning 3 ways to use the stamp sets of the month, then having them at home to continue their creative journey with them.
Here's a sneak peek of the cards we created last month with the Wisteria Wishes bundle. These cards are exclusive and not shared outside club.
Each month the Club Members get exclusive Video Tutorials as well as in person/virtual time to stamp together. This lets them revisit the cards at their leisure. And if they can't join us for the live stamping, they can create their cards when time permits.
We have had members all across Canada, it's so easy to be part of this wonderful group.
In November we will be setting up the next round of Monthly Club and there may be a spot for You!
Keep us in mind, and look for that opportunity in early November.
Or EMAIL ME, I am happy to provide more information for you.
I would love to have you as part of my Canadian Team - The Craft Room Stampers.
