Flowering Tulips And A Technique!

 Hi Friends!

Collaboration Nights on my facebook page and in my VIP Group are a lot of fun!  We collaborate together to create a card, and my oh my are they getting good!

This is the one we created on Friday night using the Flowering Tulips bundle and a sketch map as our inspiration.

It uses a couple of sneak peek items coming in the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. The Fabulous Frames dies (the big rectangle white die cut) and the Stylish Shapes dies (the stitched squares).  I am so excited about having stitched circles and squares again!

We were discussing what to do on the inside and Janet suggested we do the sponging technique you see in this picture.

It is super easy to do, and so pretty. What do you think????? We did do this technique once before, about 2 or more years ago, and I seem to remember we did it in a couple of different green colours. 

It's funny, I was just thinking about this technique yesterday as I was creating with the Daffodil Daydream bundle for our June Monthly Club cards.
