Introducing you to Party Puffins! This stamp set is so fun, and makes super cute cards.
Last Friday we created this card together during my Friday Late Night Stamping event in my VIP Group. We have a lot of fun creating together.
I never know what will happen, but I have not been disappointed yet. I must say I "may" have encouraged the direction this card was going a bit ;)
I usually have a video for you, but, due to technical difficulties, I don't. But when I have time, I will do a video on making this fun fold called Step Up Panel Card.

Here you go! Start with two sheets of cardstock, the base will be 4.25″ x 10.5″. The additional piece that will get attached is 6″ x 2 3/8″. It can actually be any width (such as 2″, or 2.5″, mine just happened to end up being 2 3/8).
Score the long piece at these marks: .5″, 1.75″, 3.75″, 5″
Score the smaller piece at these marks: .5″, 1.75″
