It's finally here! The new 2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue goes live today. This is a HUGE day in "Stampin' Up! Land". As Demonstrators we get prior access to certain new products and colours so we can make cards to showcase the wonderful products in the new catalogues. We impatiently wait for over a month until the catalogue goes live to our customers.
Meanwhile, we are like a busy bee hive in our craft rooms, creating and cutting, and colouring, and stamping, and ..... well you get the idea.
Today's card share uses the new stamp set Rooted In Nature. You can purchase this set by itself, or in a bundle with the coordinating Nature's Root die set. I chose not to use the dies on this card, but I did use the new Leaf Trinkets ....
There is also some coordinating designer series paper called Nature's Poem. It has very organic patterns on the papers that go so well with the stamp set, die set and Leaf Trinkets. I stamped off the tree before I stamped it onto a whisper white piece so it would stay in the background. The Thinking Of You comes from the stamp set as well, and was stamped in Soft Suede (full strength) to match the designer paper colour. The twine is from the Nature's Twine package that has 4 colours of twine in it - Blackberry Bliss, Crumb Cake, Mint Macaron and Grapefuite Grove. Don't you just LOVE the colour names?
