Monthly Stamping Club Card #2 - Dryer Sheet Technique

Hi Friends!

Wow, I can't believe what time it is!!!  I guess I dropped the ball on my post today.  But better late than never I think.

The second card we created at the April Monthly Stamping Club is the Dryer Sheet Technique.

The card above is made using the Petal Passion designer series paper, then it was coloured with Stampin' Blends.  But the one we made at the club stamping day was using the Petal Garden 6x6 designer series paper.  It took less time than doing all that colouring and the patterns are gorgeous.

To do this technique you add a piece of Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet to the front of the designer paper. Then you apply a used dryer sheet (unscented).  Trim the excess dryer sheet off, and push the designer paper into Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.  We used a tray so we could push real hard and get lots of glitter.  You can then use your finder or the back of a spoon to burnish the glitter into the dryer sheet.  Voila there you have it, blinged to the max!  Just add ribbon and a sentiment and you are done.

I hope you get a chance to give this great technique a try.  If you want to join my Monthly Stamping Club just EMAIL ME and I am happy to discuss it with you.  You can be local or "virtual".  As long as you live in Canada!  It's easy.  And once you become a member of the club, you get access to exclusive videos I create for the 3 projects we do each month!
