Hello Friends!
I hope you are having a wonderful November. We have had so much rain in Oct and the early days of November, that all records have been broken. It is a good thing we live on a hill, as there has been flooding here.
With all the rain, a good place to be is In My Craft Room stampin' up a storm. A few ladies got together here yesterday to make Party Favors for one of our local assisted living facilities. They are having a "Fine Dining" dinner soon, and we made each of them a small sour cream / milk container with a hershey's kiss in it. We did 80 of them, and it only took us an hour. Many hands do make light work. Thank you Ladies, for helping!!!
Now on to a blingy Penguin Christmas card we did yesterday at the local Sunshine Club Stamp Crafts. I adapted this from one I saw on Mary Fish's blog.
I used the Pine Bough embossing folder on the background white piece, then stamped the snowflakes and sentiment from Snow Place stamp set. The sentiment was one long stamp, and I wanted it to be as shown above, so I just cut the stamp in half. I do this a lot with no effect to the stamp at all. This one was easy as it's a photopolymer stamp set.
