Autumn Toile Suite Cardmaking with Fall-Coloured Leaves

The Autumn Toile suite from the September–December Mini Catalogue is packed with inspiration for cozy fall projects, and the Autumn Trees bundle is a true standout. For this project, I used a mix of warm autumn colours to layer the leaves on the tree, creating a rich and vibrant focal point for the card.

The combination of die-cut leaves, stamped details, and textured background elements gives this project so much depth. During my live demonstration, I shared how to combine colours for natural-looking fall leaves, plus some tips for making the most of the bundle’s coordinating stamps and dies.

Z Fun Fold Halloween Card with the Spooky Sweet Suite and Spooky Halloween Bundle

 Hi Friends!

Today’s card is the third in my Halloween trilogy this week, and it’s all about combining the charm of the Spooky Sweet Suite with the playful versatility of a Z fun fold design. Using the Spooky Halloween bundle and the coordinating Spooky Sweet Designer Series Paper, I created a lively Halloween sidewalk scene filled with trick-or-treaters, glowing pumpkins, and plenty of seasonal charm.

The background is built from layers of the Spooky Sweet Designer Series Paper, with its detailed patterns helping set the perfect scene. I paired it with stamped and die-cut images from the Spooky Halloween bundle to add a variety of textures and focal points. The bats, pumpkins, and character elements bring the design to life, while the Z fold construction creates extra dimension and a fun interactive element when the card is opened.

What I love most about this project is how the fold works with the scene. When the card is closed, you get a peek at the Halloween magic. Open it up, and the full scene unfolds — it’s almost like stepping into a neighbourhood on Halloween night. This design would be easy to adapt for other holidays or occasions, but the Spooky Sweet Suite really makes it shine for October celebrations.

The Autumn Toile suite from the September–December Mini Catalogue is one of those suites that immediately makes you think of crisp fall days and cozy crafting sessions. As a mega suite, it includes two bundles—the Autumn Trees bundle and the Amber Autumn bundle. For this project, I reached for the Autumn Trees bundle to create a seasonal card full of warmth and texture.

Thinking of You Card with Painterly Pears Designer Paper | Live Stamping Tutorial

During my latest live stamping session, I shared the second card in my Painterly Pears Designer Paper series. This card is a soft, thoughtful design that shows how easy it can be to create something heartfelt with just a few supplies.

The Painterly Pears paper makes a bold statement all on its own with its painterly florals and fruit, so you don’t need to add much to turn it into a complete card. For this project, I paired the paper with a simple sentiment and layered details to highlight its natural beauty.

This is the second of two cards I created live this week using the Painterly Pears paper, both proving that sometimes less is more when it comes to handmade cardmaking.
