Cake Soiree Birthday

Every once in a while I have to create a card that is mostly white with a pop of colour.  Along my card making career I have had several Demonstrators who have provided me with lots and lots of inspiration.  This card was created by Amy Koenders and it is so beautiful I had to make it.  Then we created it in my Wednesday morning Sunshine Seniors Club class.

All the layers and textures on this card show the cake and it's plate off to perfection, don't you think?
The cardfront is embossed with one of the Petal Pair embossing folders. The cake is stamped on Powder Pink cardstock in versamark, then I used silver embossing powder on it.  The flowers are coloured with Stampin' Write Markers - Berry Burst, Powder Pink and Old Olive.

The plate and bow are die cut out of Silver Foil paper to add some bling, then a piece of Silver Baker's Twine is wrapped around the card and tied in a bow.

Please click on any of the images in the supply list below to go to my Canadian Online Store.  If you decide to place an order, I would be honoured if you did it through me and used my Current Host Code located on the right side of my blog up near the top in a brightly coloured box.  I will send you a surprise at the end of the month as my Thank You!

Stampin' Blessings
