This would be a wonderful addition to the Christmas Dinner Table as name cards.
I saw this cute angel on Pinterest then visited Tanya Bell's blog to get a video on how to make one using the Gift Bow Die by Stampin' Up! Here is a picture of the one I made . . . . .
Then I thought, if I put an extra bow tail on the back, it would stand up and I could use it on the dinner table. So I did and here is a side view picture of it ....
And up close for you. It's real easy to add this little bit then you could leave off the twine at the top where she would hang if you put her on your tree.
It would not take a lot of time to whip a few of these angels up. All you have to do first is purchase the Gift Bow Die. It uses the Joyful Christmas stamp set, but you could also make it out of Brushed Gold cardstock, or some DSP if you like. I love how the eyes are done and will use that little tid bit of punching a circle with the Itty Bitty Punch Pack circle (3/8") and then drawing around the bottom half to draw in the closed eyes. Then just add some lashes. Easy peasy and would work so well with some of the punch images I do classes with.
Stamps: Joyful Christmas, Petite Pairs (or put a person's name in that area for a table setting)

Paper: Very Vanilla, Champagne Glimmer, Blushing Bride
Other: Gift Bow Die, 1", 1-1/4", 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" Circle Punches, Word Window Punch, Itty Bitty Circle Punch, Sponge
If you would like to see different versions of this angel, just go to Pinterest or You Tube and search for Gift Bow Angel, you will be amazed at the variety of the ones you will see.
Happy Stampin' ....
