Another "cased" card for you today. This one uses the now retired Poppy Parade cardstock. This one was originated by Cindy Elan (or maybe it is Andy Elan, I can't read my own writing!!!). I made it way back in January 2012 so I no longer have the email or blog source for it. If this is your creation, or you know who's creation it is, email me so I can give you proper credit.....

Other: Vintage Wallpaper EF, Champagne Mist Shimmer Spritz, Basic Black Satin Ribbon, Blossom Punch, Glimmer Brad, Basic Rhinestones coloured with a Sharpie Marker
