Notably Ornate Top Note Birthday Card

Another creation using the Stampin' Up! set "Notably Ornate".  I discovered (and I am sure I am not the first one) that the big frame image fits inside the Top Note Die just perfectly ... ... ...

Stamps:  Notably Ornate, Sentiment (can't remember)
Ink:  Bravo Burgundy, Basic Black
Cardstock:  Bravo Burgundy, Basic Black, Whisper White
Other:  Always Artichoke Seam Binding, Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint, Basic Rhinestones, Modern Label Punch, Dimensionals
Some basic supplies and a great colour scheme.  This card is quick and easy to make.  You could step it up by using a background stamp or embossing folder for the Bravo Burgundy card base.

I inked up the oval frame image with Bravo Burgundy, then daubed Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint on the stamp and stamped it.  Oh my, its loverly!!!  Then I used the blingy dauber that had picked up the Bravo Burgundy ink and sponged around the Whisper White layer.  A couple of Basic Rhinestones, and voila, it's done.
