Thinking of You Card Featuring Beautiful Motifs and Floral Impressions Designer Paper

Hi Friends!

Today I’m sharing a soft and elegant card created with the Beautiful Motifs bundle, featuring the gorgeous Floral Impressions designer paper as the background. This card came together during a recent YouTube Premiere and is a beautiful option for sending heartfelt thoughts or encouragement.

The soft pattern of the Floral Impressions paper sets the stage with its delicate design in Fresh Freesia. Layered over top are die cuts from the Beautiful Motifs bundle, cut from Basic White and the shimmering Thoughtful Designs specialty paper. The mix of textures gives the card depth and a lovely bit of shine without overwhelming the design.

The card above is bold in Darling Duckling and White.

This card is simple to create yet makes a big impact. I walk you through each step in the video tutorial below, showing how to let your designer paper do the heavy lifting while adding just the right amount of detail with your dies. You’ll also see how I added subtle embellishments to tie everything together.
