How to Create a Heartwarming Turtle Card that Will Surprise and Delight

 Hi Friends!

I had such a great time sharing this sweet card during my Tuesday Facebook and YouTube Live demonstration, and I’m so excited to bring it to the blog today. This little turtle from the Playing In The Rain bundle has totally stolen my heart!

You know I love a clean and classic look, and this card hits all the right notes—crisp white-on-white layers with just the right pop of cheerful color. That textured background and soft clouds create a dreamy little scene, and when you add in that adorable turtle holding a daisy, it’s pure joy on a card front.

This is hands down one of my favorite ways to design—subtle elegance with a fun twist. I added in just a few golden bees to bring the scene to life, and the result is a birthday card that’s sweet, heartwarming, and totally handmade with love.
