I can't believe it's been over a week since I last posted on my blog! A lot has happened in my "world" since then. My husband had knee replacement surgery last Friday and we had to travel 2.5 hours to the hospital. So that meant a couple of nights for me in a hotel room.
This part was great as I managed to get some swap cards finished while I was there. My sister joined me on Friday night and we had a lovely dinner at a place called The Ainslie in Duncan BC. If you are ever on Vancouver Island and looking for a quaint restaurant with fabulous food, I highly recommend them. We had the duck breast which was out of this world good. I am not much of a "foodie" but duck is one of my weaknesses, but it has to be done right. And boy was it done right.
Anyhoo, hubby was released on Saturday and we managed to get him home. Since then I have been running at full speed to get things done but I am afraid a couple of things got missed, and blogging is one of them.
I have managed to keep up with the facebook lives and Thursday Zoom Drop In tho, and I would love to share with you what we did last Thursday (July 9th).
I have been sharing how wonderful the inspiration projects in the new 2020-2021 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue are. We Cased the Catalogue last week and made a few changes as we went along. On Thursday's I create with input and inspiration from the Stampers who join me. I love the collaboration and we always come up with something that I did not think of ;)
This card is from page 83 of the Annual Catalogue and uses the Peony Garden Suite of products ..
