Sea Of Textures - a Keyhole Card Share

Hi Friends!

I love showing my loyal customers different fancy folds for their cards. Yesterday it was Keyhole cards.  I saw this technique on youtube, and knew I "had" to create it.

I was inspired for the first two cards by Betty Scoccia at one of the Stampin' Up! OnStage events.  We used the beautiful (retired and sold out) Sweet Soiree Specialty designer series paper ...

The two cards above use the Classic Label Punch to punch the slot, and it does not reach into the middle of the card, so things are lined up slightly to the right.  But that's ok, we balanced it with the sentiment being a bit longer.

This next card is a "GMO" which stands for Glenda Mollet Original.  I used the new Sea Of Textures bundle to create this cute interactive card.

It was a bit tricker to get the slot in the card because we used a die from the Lakeside Die set. It is not thick enough to cut through more than one layer at a time, so we had to cut it 3 times, once in each layer.  Then for the embossed net on the right side at the top, we used the brand new (and available tomorrow June 1st to order) Big Shot Embossing Mats. You can turn any cutting die into an embossing die just by using these versatile set of mats.  This bundle is one of my favourites from the new 2018 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue that goes live tomorrow!

There are lots of great new products in the catalogue, and I would love to send you a copy if you don't already have a Canadian Demonstrator.  Just EMAIL ME and I am happy to make it happen for you.

Or you can CLICK HERE to go to my Canadian Online Store and place an order yourself.  Please use the Current Host Code located on the right side of my blog up near the top in a brightly coloured box.

Don't forget you will get a Thank You surprise gift from me for placing an order over $60!  And you get your name on my draw board for a complete set of the Rooted In Nature suite of products.

Have a Crafty Day filled with Many Blessings!
