Tarnished Foil Technique Card Share

Hi Ladies!

This is the third card in the March Monthly Stamping Club lineup.  We did the Tarnished Foil Technique on this card which was inspired by one I received from Debbie in a Demo Swap (sorry no last name).  Thank You Debbie!

There are a couple of ways to do this technique, and I chose to use the simpler way.  All you do for this is emboss a piece of Basic Black cardstock.  Then use VersaMark ink and dab it on areas on the cardstock, then add Copper embossing powder. Then add more ink and use the Gold embossing powder. Finally fill in the remaining areas with the ink and add Silver embossing powder.  So easy and no mess nor fuss!

Basic Black 22 x 4-1/4, 5-1/2 x 2-1/8, 1-1/2 x 4-1/4
Copper Foil 5-1/2 x 1/2, 1 x 2
Vellum 4-1/4 x 1-1/4

I coloured the enamel shapes with a bronze sharpie to match the colours in the card.
Give this technique a try, it is a lot of fun and not too difficult at all.

Have a Crafty Day and enjoy the weekend.
