Mint Macaron Floral Card Share

Hi Friends!

I received the card I am sharing with you today at a swap a couple of years ago when Mint Macaron first came out.  Now it is almost time for this beautiful colour to retire.  I will sure miss it!

The card was created by Lizzie Verdejo and she made a diorama card out of it.  I turned it into a regular card with a peek a boo hole in the front that you can see the inside sentiment peeking through.

I used the Layering Circle Die #6 to cut out the circle on the front.  Then I used that cut out piece of cardstock to stamp the leaves on and hand cut them out.  The card uses the Birthday Blossoms stamp set, which is one of my favourite sets, and the matching Pansy Punch.  I used Tip Top Taupe to stamp the sentiments - another colour that will be retiring.

Recipe:
Mint Macaron  8-1/2 x 5-1/2
Whisper White  2 x 4-1/4; 3-3/4 x 3/4; 4 x 5-1/4 for the inside
The white flower centers are done using a white gel pen

That's it, not many pieces at all for this wonderful card.

A list of supplies can be found under my signature.  Just click on any of the pictures to go to my online store and order some Mint Macaron (or other retiring cardstock) before it's all gone.
Please use Host Code RHD9KBNE when you order and I will send you a package of 2016-18 In Colour cardstock. Or you can EMAIL ME and I will be happy to place the order for you.

Have a Crafty Day!
