Need For Speed - Masculine Card

I am going to miss this set when it retires!

Yesterday I got my copy of the new Stampin' Up! catalogue!  Oh my, it is awesome as usual.  But last week we received the "Retiring List" of stamp sets and accessories.  This set, Need For Speed, is on that list.  I am sad  :-(  I just love this set, it is my favourite go to set for masculine cards.  But in the new catalogue there are sets that will replace this one, so out with the old and in with the new!!!  This card also has a few other things that are retiring ~~~ Baja Breeze cardstock, Silver Glimmer Paint, Soda Pop Tops, and the Up Up And Away stamp set.

   Stamps:  Need for Speed (R), Up Up and Away(R)

   Ink:  Versa Mark, Staz On

   Paper:  Basic Black, Whisper White, Baja Breeze(R)

   Other:  Silver Shimmer Paint (R), Argyle Embossing Folder, Black Embossing Powder, Soda Pop Top (R), 1: Circle Punch

I painted the Silver Shimmer Paint on some Whisper White cardstock to make the background paper, then put it through my Big Shot with the Argyle Embossing Folder.  Quite sparkley in real life!
