French Foliage - Triple Time Stamping Technique

This technique is called Triple Time Stamping because you stamp all 3 layers at the same time!

This card uses the stamp set French Foliage by Stampin' Up!  which will be retiring at the end of May 2013.  I will miss this set.  When it was first released I fell in love with it and have used it quite a bit over the past couple of years.  The images work so well together and you can do spring, summer, fall or winter cards with it.
To do this technique you use some temporary adhesive to line up all 3 Very Vanilla layers so they don't move.  Then you stamp all of your images.  There will be a line around the bottom 2 layers that will not stamp because of the thickness of the cardstock.  But it does not matter as the Early Espresso mats will cover up any holes.

Stamps:  French Foliage (R), Sassy Salutations
Ink:  Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake
   Paper:  Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Other:  Decorative Label Punch (to punch the ends of the sentiment piece), Dauber, Brushed Bronze Button (R), Early Espresso 1/4" Stitched Gross Grain Ribbon

Now to give this technique a try. . . . . . . . .

WOW!!
Glenda your card is amazing !
I don't think I have ever seen this technique before.
What a shame it is that this set is no longer available.
I can see how perfect it would be for so many cards. Even sympathy in the right colours.
Big Hugs, Candy
