Card Kits For Sale

I have a new page on my blog dedicated to left over card kits.  I decided to put them up for sale instead of just putting all the stuff back into my stash, or making them up myself.  If you are interested, please go to "Card Kits For Sale" page (link under my blog header or HERE), then EMAIL me and we will make arrangements to get them to you, and payment to me.
Here's a sample of one of the card kits available.....
Bye for now, another card posted tomorrow.....

Presto Patterns DSP card share

I made this super easy, super quick card.  I know it is a CASE but for the life of me I can't remember from whom.  I always give credit to originating authors, but this time I can't.  But if it is you, please email me (link at the top of my LH sidebar) and I will give you credit.  The card is awesome by the way, thanks to whomever created it.............

To make this card all you do is cut out a piece of Presto Patterns DSP, spritz some Log Cabin Smooch Spritz on the paper, smoosh it around with Technical Paper (toilet paper) or a sponge, and Voila your card front is complete.  Could it be any easier than that?????  Then I wrapped some Whisper White Satin Ribbon around it, gathered that with a Chocolate Chip Epoxy Brad.  Then took some cardstock weight Vellum and ran it through the Big Shot with the Beautiful Wings Embosslits die.  I sponged around the edges of the butterflies with some Rich Razzleberry ink, then added some non SU rhinestones to them.  The card front is layered on a white card by first Always Artichoke then Rich Razzleberry and finally Whisper White again, then the altered DSP.  I sure wish there were a few more sheets of this pattern in the package so I could do a class using it to show my Stampers how quick and easy this DSP is to use.  Maybe I will anyways, who knows.
Thanks for looking, and I hope I get an email so I can give proper credit to the originator.

Seven Dwarfs - Seventh One - Sleepy

Yeeha, I finally completed all 7 Dwarfs in the series.  They were so much fun to do, and I loved creating individual cards for each one.  If you missed the previous ones, here are the links to them:
Sneezy;   Grumpy;   BashfulDopeyHappy;  and Doc.  And - drum roll please - last but not least

 "Sleepy"~~

Are they not the cutest things ever.  This is the last one of Ellen Kemper's Seven Dwarf series.  I used her head, and added the body, then created the card around him.  I hope he has a peaceful, restful sleep!
Stamps:  Sincere Salutations
Ink:  Basic Black
Paper:  Bride Specialty DSP
Cardstock:  Whisper White, Always Artichoke
Other:  Pinking Heart Border punch, Tag Corner punch, Kraft Corderoy Buttons with faux stitching (scraps of coordinating cardstock through the button holes)
Thanks for joining me today.  I will be back tomorrow with a Gift Card Holder I created for our DIL's recent birthday.  I had to wait till she received it before I could post it.

Seven Dwarfs - Sixth One - Doc....

As promised, here is "Doc".  He started out as another one of Ellen Kemper's creations, and I added the body and created the card for him.  As our Grandson, James would say....  Ta Da!

This card was a bit more difficult to put together, it just would not come the first 3 tries.  There was a lot of discarded cardstock on my craft table by the time I finally got one I was happy with.  I resurrected some retired Christmas DSP from last year for this one so I could match the Real Red and Soft Suede in the image.
Stamps:  Fundamental Phrases
Ink:  Real Red
Paper:  Christmas Cocoa DSP
Cardstock:  Whisper White, Real Red, Soft Suede
Other:  1/4" circle punch, Curly Label punch, "Doc" punchie image
One more of these fun punchie images to go ~ "Sleepy".  I will be back tomorrow with him (I hope)!  I am getting posession of our Grandson for a Gramma Overnight and I can't wait.  I hope to get Sleepy done before he arrives, so keep your fingers crossed.  Ah Gramma time, I just love it.  Too bad my DH is away and won't be here to experience this with me....... hmmm or is it???  Ha ha, this way I don't have to share hime with anyone.  Heehee, my bad!
Bye for now..................  Glenda Mollet

Seven Dwarfs - Fifth One - Happy!

I am finally getting the cards made for the final 3 Dwarfs in my Seven Dwarfs Monthly Punchie Series.  These are Ellen Kemper's creations (the heads) and I added the bodies, then created the cards for them.
Here is Happy...........
I have used this layout before and really like it.  I used Sweet Pea DSP and the new Island Oasis DSP, I love how they co-ordinate.  Here's the complete recipe:
Stamps:  Happy Everything
Ink:  Soft Suede
Paper:  Sweet Pea DSP, Island Oasis DSP
Cardstock:  So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, (image uses Tangerine Tango and Soft Suede)
Other:  Happy Punchie image, non SU embossing folder
Not too many items used, so its great for a class and fun to do.  I just love how bright and "Happy" the entire card turned out.  Isn't it wonderful how some cards just seem to create themselves?
I hope your day was awesome, return tomorrow for "Doc" and the following day "Sleepy".
That's it for tonight.........................  Glenda Mollet

Wrapped Tilda card - Magnolia-licious DT Challenge

Update:  Reposting this for the May Magnolia-Licious Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop, I hope you enjoy all the hops.  If you arrived from Deb's fabulous blog, you are on the right track, if not go back to the beginning HERE and visit all of the stops on the hop. Here is my submission.....

I got to colour another Magnolia image a few days ago, so I decided to follow May's Magnolia-lious DT Challenge, AND make it completely white except for the image.  My friend Candy gave me the most awesome birthday card (here is a link to her posting of that card) and it was all white, except for the image.  It was so striking, that I just had to do the same.  It was really fun, and no fussing to find out matching cardstock, copic colours, designer papers and embellishments!  Everything was white!  Here's my card:
I used my Elegant Bouquet Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up! on some Whisper White cardstock.  Then I cut out around it and used it for the corners.  This paper was then spritzed with the new Smooch Spritzes available now.  I used Vanilla Shimmer.  OMG it is gorgeous IRL!  I love this Magnolia Tilda image, she is so cute.  This card uses all Stampin' Up! products except for the image, the copics I used to colour her, and the Stickles - Star Dust.  Here is what I used:
Cardstock:  Whisper White
Punches:  5 Petal, Boho Blossom
Other:  Elegant Bouquet and Square Lattice embossing folders, half pears from Pretties Kit, Smooch Spritz - Vanilla Shimmer, Whisper White Satin Ribbon
The flower in the bottom LH corner is 2 5 petal punches and 2 boho blossom punches, then they are smooched and crumpled and shaped, then smooched again.  It has a half pearl inside it.  The flowers on the other two corners are just cut outs leftover from when I cut out the Elegant Bouquet embossing folder, they are also smooched.
Here is a picture of the shimmer from the Smooching..... Oh My isn't it gorgeous????
And here is a picture of Tilda and the letter up close:

I used a lot of sparkle on this card between the Smooching and the Stickling....
Here is a list of the Copic Markers I used:
Skin:  E0000, E000, E00, E11
Cheeks:  R30, R20, R21
Hair:  W3, W5, W9
Dress:  G0000, G09, G14, G24, G21
Dress Trim:  W00
Socks:  G0000, G21, Blender Pen
Bow:  R0000, R24, R27, R29
Berries:  R0000, R27, R29
Holly:  G0000, G21, YG63, YG67
Letter:  W00, W1
Shadow:  W1

The next stop on the Christmas All Year Long May Blog Hop is Jessica Hammond,  Have an awesome day!

Loads of Masculine Birthday card

Here's the second masculine card as promised from yesterday.  HERE is the first one if you missed it.  Here's my card, once again it was cased from one of the past Stampin' Up! catalogues (2008 I think)......

For the inside I did something a bit different, I cut out all the circle from the Circle #2 Die and added them to some Dusty Durango and Soft Suede cardstock.  Here's the inside:

I used the following to make this card:
Stamp:  Loads of Love
Ink: Basic Black
Markers:  Going Gray, Basic Gray, Yoyo Yellow, Real Red, Sahara Sand, Dusty Durango (for the shadow under the truck)
Cardstock:  Bermuda Bay, Soft Suede, Dusty Durango, Whisper White
Other:  Circles #2 Die, Bermuda Bay Polka Dot ribbon, 1", 3/4", 1/2" and Scallop Edge punches
I hope you give these cards a try, they are quite easy to make.   Thanks for visiting!

Masculine Card

I cased this one from one of the Stampin' Up! publications, but can't remember which one.  I have 2 masculine cards to post, this one today, and another one tomorrow.  Here's a picture of my card......
I used the soon to be returning Baja Breeze as the base for this card.  Then I spritzed some Silver Smooch Spritz on a piece of Whisper White cardstock that had been run through my Big Shot using the new Square Lattice Embossing Folder.  I love the metal look of it.  The words are cut out of Baja Breeze cardstock using the Timeless Type Jr. Alphabet dies.  This could be birthday or Father's Day, either one would work.
Thanks for looking and come back tomorrow for my second masculine card.

Seven Dwarfs - Fourth One - Dopey!

I think this dwarf is the favourite of a lot of people.  He is just so cute and you just want to hug him!!!  Here he is, another one of Ellen Kemper's creations...........
This one is the same layout as yesterdays creation.  I am doing them both in the same month and loosely followed Mojo Monday 137 sketch.  Here's the recipe for this little cutie patootie:
Cardstock:  Almost Amethyst, Whisper White, Certainly Celery
Ink:  Basic Black
Other:  Tag and Small Tag punches, Old Olive 1-1/4" GG Ribbon, Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder
This ribbon treatment was really fun to do.  I tied if first with a bit of white crochet cotton, then tied the taffeta ribbon around it and made a bow.  I added a bit of crochet cotton to the hole I punched in the tag sentiment.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog, and have a super duper day......  Glenda Mollet
